I am a hypertension patient and on medicines since a year now. I had a major illness due to this and was hospitalised too. I've been taking medicines twice a day which I don't like however doctors tell me that these are the lifetime medicines and can't be avoided. Is there anything in alternate or may be a diet or a veggie diet I'd be happy to follow to avoid these medications. Thank you.

Yes there is definite alternative and you may leave dependency on allopathy but it can be done gradually, step by step, over few months. You can not risk to take away at once. Pl send latest reports and brief history. Pl keep in mind that after you stabilize on ayurveda, you may have to take for ever or for few years. Then why not allopathy- a natural question? With allopathy many side effects will develop and natural feeling of happiness will fade away. With ayurveda natural happiness will come in life and no side effects. And most probably high BP will be corrected for ever. Think and respond back. This is my 3 decades experience.
