I have a weight of 62 kg and my height is 165 cm .i want to build a fit body. To fit my body what those things should be adapt in my daily routine?

As per your age, our weight is ok. For a fit body, include protein foods like eggs, paneer, milk, curd, kala chana, pulses (dals), chicken. Include fruits and green vegetables in your daily diet. Exercise, jog or run atleast for 30 min everyday. Reduce fried foods, junk foods - once a week is ok.
