Please I have pcos obesity low bone density pls suggest the best diet plan. I am a vegetarian I don't consume even an egg. Walk in sunlight for Vit D, which is essential for calcium absorbtion. You can take tablet supplement Calcium with D3. Walk atleast for 45 minutes everyday.
