Every time I start working out regularly, I end up having a reduced appetite which in turn makes me lose so much weight that I weigh along the lines of 48-49 kg. I also end up feeling quite lethargic. So I stopped all forms of exercise for a year and my LDL cholesterol went up. I hardly indulge in junk food, I never skip meals, and I eat a balanced diet. Can you suggest ways to help me lower my LDL cholesterol? And also tell me how to incorporate exercise so that I don't lose too much weight?
