I'm a 37 year old woman. Currently I'm on a diet and I'm working out to get back in shape post pregnancy. I lost 8 kgs in 5 months as my metabolism is slow. I've been experiencing body ache from a couple of weeks. Especially my ankles pain a lot. Please do suggest me what calcium supplements and multivitamins I should start taking because I've cut out on sugary foods and carbs.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
