I got disc bulge. My Chiropractor said I got cured. But still I get pain in my calf and tingling feel in my hamstring and my lower back pain is better. My question is those tingling and calf pain is because of disc bulge and am I still affected?

So you have lower back disc bulge. Probably at lower lumbar region. Due to this disc bulge and reduced space in vertebrae, few nerves which goes to your legs are getting compressed. This is what which causing numbness and pain in legs. Most usual finding is a one sided pain and numbness running from hip - to same side outer thigh - to same side calf muscles - ending in side of foot. This presentation is called sciatica (sciatic nerve compression ). This means your disc problem is not fully corrected. I advice you to take 1. MRI spine focusing more on lumbosacral region. 2. Avoid lifting weights, long sitting in same posture eg. Computer usage etc. 3. Can take medicines for both IVDP and sciatica once MRI report says so. Modern medicine management is mostly surgical correction with muscle relaxants. More specific symptomatic management is offered in homeopathy.
