Pls tell me some brightening cream to get rid of my dark skin. I am a 19 year old girl. I'll be exposed to sun for 20 mins in a day. Can I use skin shine cream for fairness? Is there any side effects? How to use that cream?

Hello, Skin shine has steroid which though give quick results are not good in log term and infact harmful to skin. There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. Consult a dermatologist.
