My TSH value in Thyroid testing is 29 and presently I am using 75 mcg of thyroxine. How much should I take now. T3 T4 levels are normal.

Thanks for the query. With TSH at 29 mU/L, it is clear that current dosage of Levothyroxine being taken is inadequate. Therefore it has to be increased by 25 mcg per day. Later check TSH level after 6 weeks to see if the desired level is achieved. TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. At which most of the symptoms are in check. Thanks.
