I usually have high BP nearly 145/90 as avg. I do not face any challenges or feel something different. So thus BP depends on person to person. I checked BP with both electronic and manual machines. I am seeing this over an year now. Is this normal?

These numbers are high. BP has to be checked, don't expect any discomfort when it rises, most people cannot feel their BP. But it may gradually weaken your arteries, kidneys and heart. Suggest you improve lifestyle by reducing sugar jaggery alcohol tobacco and starchy foods in diet. Balanced diet is healthier than restricted modern diet. Some exercise is also helpful. You may need a mild medicine later if things don't improve, but there is no hurry. Best wishes.
