Respected Sir I want to know cow ghee is best or mustered oil peanut and vegetables oil .because unsaturated fats are good but ghee is saturated. So please suggest best.

Hello lybrate-user, I will only suggest that use oil and ghee in less amount. Pure ghee (not commercial) is better, but do not eat too much amount. Refined oils (processed by too much heat) should not be used or if use then very less amount, kachchi Ghani mustered oil better than refined oil. Coconut oil also you can use but should be cold pressed extra virgin oil (without heat processed). Hope this fulfil your query.
