My BP is 146/86. I have sleep issue. Can I take censpram. No BP medicine is taken.Please suggest.

Not necessarily to take medicine for sleep disturbance. It can be naturally induced by putting coconut oil every day on soles with slight rubbing. Take one cup of milk before sleep. Keep away from tension and worries at the time of sleep.

your bp is higher on the borderline reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation reduce weight also by eating more of seasonal vegetables and fruits and walking is best exercise you may not need medicines for sleeping
