You should eat methidana powder regularly .should eat frequent diet .oat multigrain .dalia upma Brown rice quinoa .curd low fat milk .coconut water .mung pain cake boiled mung Rajma beans. Green leafy veg .bitter guard capsicum .should eat guava blue berries berries papaya orange apple.curd .buttermilk etc. Include dry fruits like almond walnut posts etc. Flax seed avoid mango grapes n potato rice sweet potato .avoid eating dates dry dates kismish For wt increase you should eat egg .paneer .boiled rajma n mung Brown bread sandwich eat curd regularly n dry fruits n milk.
