Hello. Im 21 years old Male. Height: 5.8 ft / weight: 54 kg I really want to gain weight, I have visited Doctor and they always end up giving me Vitamins to Eat more food. Also its not that eating more increases your weight studying your metabolic rate helps n can then relate things n can workout a good weight gain plan for you. If you are a non vegetarian.
