Once you have finished maybe a year or more later we will help you with weight reduction. Now take milk 750 ml as milk or curd if you are feeding the child all times. Because upto 6 months exclusive mothers milk is advised for babies. Diet currently if you can take proteins such as dhals or pulses in every meal it will be helpful. Take fresh fruits and vegetables at least 2 cups in a day of each. Reduce oil intake whether it is oil or ghee.

Since your baby is already 5 months old, you can go for a weight reduction program now with a balanced diet. Focus more on getting all your essential nutrition but the calories count can be reduced to about 1900 calories per day. Focus on natural foods like fruits, dry fruits, veggies, proteins etc. Avoid more than 5 teaspoons of oil/ghee and sugar per day. Go for daily walks and you can lose the excess weight and get back your fitness over next 3-4 months.
