Hi I am on a weight loss journey since from october 2017 nd still on my way could you please help me with some diet plans, till now I have reduced 14 kgs hope you would help me.

To reduce weight naturally you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimise sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio and stretching exercise in morning. You can contact me directly for any further help.
