I am 40 years old. Suffering from Thyroid from last 2 years. Taking tab of thyronorm for it but no changes. Can I get any guidance to cure myself.

Please do not self-medicate. I prefer to prescribe compounded thyroids containing both T3 as well as T4 (Thyronorm/Eltroxin only contains T4, which is the inactive form.) It is equally important to check and treat other metabolic and hormonal imbalances that are commonly associated with Hypothyroidism.
