I have thyroid my tsh level is 2.61 and medicine is thyronorm 50mg and I m having fibril sf 3 times in a day. I am still having problem of constipation. If it motion passes with small amount with pain. If I am having ayurvedic tablets for passing motion its work but I dont to addict with it. I want it should pass naturally. What should I do.

Mr zuber, to improve constipation, you may have to increase fiber intake in the diet. So consume more fruits like apples with skin, pears, guava, melons and bananas. Also add flax seeds about 30 g a day and green vegetables (other than cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli) in addition consume more water and take a glass of warm water as soon as you get up in the morning. These measure may help to reduce the problem.
