I was suffering with a pain in rectal area. I visited doctor. The doctor diagnoses that I am suffering from piles and a scar or wound I also have a semi loose stool not more than twice a day from quiet a long what does it tells about the health, does I have to consult a doctor for that? Does it have some relation with scar in rectal area or piles?

Prefer soft, light diet with more of green leafy veg, whole grains, cereals,pulses, legumes,organic fresh fruits. Avoid all types of oily, spicy,non veg, hot beverages, junk foods, dairy fat. Manage to have smooth bowel passage with the help of bulk forming laxatives as Ispaghula husk with lukewarm drinking water. Tab.
