I am 29 years old. I have blood pressure level 140/90. Can I have to take regular medicine?

hello lybrate user you must take some ayurvedic medicines along with panchkarma therapy like sirodhara, virechan etc. start practicing yoga and exercises. take high fiber and low fat diet. after 2-3 months of medication you will be able to leave allopathic medicines permanently.

Medicine is not require, maintain diet, avoid extra salt, eggs, red meat, ghee butter, alcohol the bp will come on normal.
