Hi there It's hard to reach any provisional diagnosis on the basis of symptom like pain in your knees. There can be many reasons behind your knee pain. It's hard to mention all of them but would like to mention few possible causes for your knee pain. For example knee pain can be because of weak leg muscles, deficiency of calcium, deficiency of vitamin D, any knee ligament injury, certain degenerative changes, if it's during walking or running activities then foot wear can be the cause and so on. I would still like to advice you to have good calcium diet and do some leg exercises starting with quadriceps and hamstring isometrics, stretching leg muscles, cold pack on knee for 15-20 mints, wear knee support, change your foot wear. If tissue strength is greater than the physical stress acted upon it, then there won't be any injury. First, one should analyse, in activity of daily life, which part of the joint you r stressing.
