How I reduce my belly fat? I am a college student so I have not maintain any diet chart. Please help me.

Including exercise to loose belly fat works the best. Avoid sugar and extra sweetened beverages, eat more protein - it is one of the long term strategy to reduce belly fat, drink plenty of fluids and add good amount of fiber i. e., salads, greens in the diet, eat at home, completely cut on junk and processed food, exercise for an hour with floor activity for 20 min. is a must.
