I have been suffering from back pain since 3 years. I am not sure but probable cause of my back pain is weight lifted 3 years ago. After that while sitting / standing more than 2-3 hours (or) while doing some specific yoga poses (or) when I lean forward to do something then my back pain suddenly starts. What should I do for recovery?

Use physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises programme to reduce pain and improve mobility. Avoid forward bending and heavy weight and correct your posture. And use neuroforte caps with polytos and q10 nitro caps. Use heat therapy to reduce pain.
