Hi. I have been suffering from lower back pain for more than 8 years. I have taken Mri twice and doctor reported slipped disc L4L5. I have tried all types of physio exercises and ultrasonic massages and IFT. Approached many doctors and they say it could be due to my poor posture. It pains even if I attempt to sit straight. I even have a problem while sitting on floor where my knees get lifted up and brings discomfort and it pains. I can't bend forward casually and it pains. I am quite fed up with myself and the practices that failed. Without back support, I can't sit straight without pain. I am talking about the pain that stays forever with me. Every day. Every hour for the last 8 years. I recently fell down from bike but nothing severe but pain in the very lower end of back aches a lot. I couldn't get up after sitting for some time and even sneezing gives a partook at the back. Overall I am fed up and depressed. Please advice
