I am having suffering with dizziness. I couldn't be able to stand more than 5 minutes. I am having pain in my left ear and left side of a neck. While moving my head to left side some sound occurs. Also I am having minimum hearing loss in my left ear. Cough is also there. In night time I am suffering with sleep loss due to fear of my health condition. I am having frequent dizziness. Please help. Things get worsening in night time. Also feeling anxiety.
