You are about 10-12 kgs overweight. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. So on. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.� Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.� Do Tabata or HIIT exercises. Check these exercises on YouTube. Love yourself and respect your body.
