Hello Doctor I am 38 Years Old Man, Yesterday I have done some tests because I am feeling little tide by evening 5-6 pm. During the tests I found the below my cholesterol level total is 282 mg/dl, TOTAL CHOLESTEROL PHOTOMETRY 282 mg/dl 125-200 HDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 41 mg/dl LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 180 mg/dl 85-130 TRIGLYCERIDES PHOTOMETRY 419 mg/dl TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL RATIO CALCULATED 7 LDL / HDL RATIO CALCULATED 4.4 VLDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 83.81 mg/dl NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 241 mg/ kindly advice.

Your cholesterol parameters are on higher side. If your mentioned weight is correct then you are overweight, though you have not mentioned your height. You need to reduce fat-weight as body fat is directly linked to triglycerides. Weight reduction generally brings down cholesterol as well. You need to stop consuming all milk products and take natural vegetarian diet. Stop taking processed and packed foods that contain sugar, maida & oil. This will help you in reducing weight.
