I want to lose weight. As per my BMI. Please suggest me a healthy nd easily maintained diet plan, as I don't have much tym to prepare my food.

If you donot have time to cook go for fruits and salads atleast for 2 months. Practice Yoga daily. Also take some sessions of acupuncture to aid weight loss.

Hello, There are so many reasons for weight increasing. Ayurveda, yoga and diet plan all are combined helps you. If you have habit for tobacco, tea, coffee etc ,stop it to take. Avoid junk food and processed food. Take home made balanced diet. Avoid excessive use of sugar and salt in cooking. Avoid spice and oily food.
