You have metabolic syndrome, because of which reducing weight in a healthy way becomes difficult. Losing weight by eating less is not sustainable. You also have hypertension to manage. You don't have to reduce food but eat right food. From description you have given about your food intake, I could see where you need to make better food choices and correct imbalance to improve metabolism. I would love to help you out but I need a detailed discussion session with you for explaining what and why you should bring those changes. A simple diet chart is not going to help, unless you are explained science behind it. Will be great if you can connect with me on one to one text chat / phone function online. All the best.
