I am 33 year old male. My T3, T4 are normal but TSH is 8.02. So suggest me what I should do about medical treatment also what should be my food. Kindly suggest me.

According to your report you are having subclinical hypothyroidism which needs to be treated only if your are having symptoms of hypothyroidism.
