No negative thinking, Talk about your problem with some one you believe, your family members, friends.Interact with them. Start the day with a walk or jog. When you get the feeling walk for 10 mts, drink a glass of water, take deep breathing exercise. See TV, talk to some one. Read some good religious book for further advise contact on private chat.
