My husband is diabetic from past 6-7 years. He was on medicine always. But from last few months his sugar level was beyond control. Fasting 229 and after meal it cross 300 sometimes. Also he was overweight. 80 kg. I thought its the reason of his rise in sugar level. Though he go to gym everyday but still sugar level not comes to normal. Kindly suggest me a proper diet chart to loose weight and control his sugar level.
