My age is 52 years ht 5.5 ft my wt reduced from 78 kg to 68 kg (2) My blood test detected with just double sugar and TSH level (3) I am taking medicine for control of sugar and hypothyroid (4) My urine indicate sign of bubble and little foamy (4) I am passing excess and frequent gas from below (5) My creatinine level is minutely increased (6) some time I complete my breath in Long time (7) I am feeling muscle cramp around arm (8) Is this indication for a serious disease (9) should I continue sugar and thyroid medication for lifetime (10) kindly guide me.

However, there is no mention of actual values like fasting, Pp blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, T3, T4 and TSH levels, no details of medicines being taken with dosage, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise being done. My suggestion is please come in a private conversation with all the above mentioned details, plus BP reading, current TSH level and lipid profile, then I will be able to assess properly and advise you appropriately including any new medication if needed.
