My father is suffering from HBP, diabetes type 2 and CKD 5 (Non-dialysis). Recently he has been diagnosed with COPD and iron deficiency anemia. He is 73 year old. From last week, every morning, his right eye is getting swollen and gets watery, and by the day end swelling goes away. Before that only his feet were getting swollen at end of the day. Urine frequency is 4-5 times in a day. Medicines he takes: cilnidipine 10 mg, Lingaplitin 5 mg, calcium with vitamin d3 500 mg, ferrous fumarate 50 mg, torsemide 40 mg. His recent test reports: HB 8.4, TLC 10500, neutrophil 79%, Lymphocytes 18%, monocyte 3%, ESR 70 mm, BUN 106, S Creatinine 4.8, urine report- epithelial 4-6, pus cell 6-8, albumin ++ Please suggest medicine.
