I am 24 years old. My weight is 50 Kg. By profession I am a full time Blogger/Internet marketer. Every day I wake up around 8.30 am and go for bath. After that I take my meal which is mostly an Omlete with rice (I start my day like that and I don't eat breakfast so you can call it breakfast too). I can't eat much so early morning but try to eat somehow. I feel like I am going to vomit if I eat. After that I go to office at 10 am and have my lunch at 2.00 pm. On lunch I eat noodles/fried stuffs mostly and drink some cold drinks after that. Then after lunch again I comeback to office and keep on working till 7 or 8 pm. Then I comeback home and watch TV or play games on mobile and after that around 10 pm I have my dinner. After dinner again I sit with my laptop and work or browse internet till 1.30 am or 2 am. Then I go to sleep. That means I sleep for 5 to 6 hours daily. As I said I am blogger/internet marketer that's why I have to sit on desk and work on my laptop all the day. Sometimes I feel sleepy specially after lunch. In this way my life is going. Problems: I am underweight and very skinny. I have all the responsibility of my family and that's why most of the time I remain in stress. I have stamina but I can't lift heavy things as I am skinny. I can't eat much whether it is breakfast or lunch or dinner. I want to gain muscle, I want to touch 60 Kg at least as soon as possible. I feel ashame for my body type. Because none of my friends or colleagues are like me and they are healthy and once upon a time they were like me but they have changed overtime. I know my routine life is not perfect. Can you please suggest me or schedule my day how should I spend my day? I mean which things I need to change. And which habits I should avoid? How to start gaining muscle slowly? What I should eat and when? Which exercises I should do? Please help me and schedule/ make a routine for my day (in detail).

1. Love yourself, you are unique. 2. Eat proper food, natural food like rice roti etc 3. Avoid junk /fried/noodles. 4. Instead of cold drinks take fruit juice or lassi. 5. Daily take 50 grams of almonds/cashew. 6. Take more paneer/cheese/curd. 7. Do 30 mins of walk/yoga daily. 8. Eat small meals frequently. Do not try to fill stomach in one go. 9. Be confident of yourself. 10. Learn pranayama and meditation to relax your mind.

Hello I understand your concern. Nutrition and exercise can make you strong and fit internally. Change your lifestyle as you know you eating crap (sorry for my language. But you need to Eat healthy food throughout day like 5 to 6 small meals that must contain Healthy fat, complex carbs and enough protein. If you not doing it properly tou are inviting diseases like heart problem, artory disease, stroke etc. You must feed your body to healthy food .Make sure you workout/exercise 1 hour from your busy schedule.
