Hello lybrate-user, First of all thanks for sharing your problem. You are at age where sexual urge can soar high. And this is an age of exploration, your body automatically wants sex, on top of it if you do watch Porn, it creates photographic images in your mind that are actually saved in your subconscious mind, and its played over and over again, this is the reason for the repetition of thoughts. The only way to get rid of such thoughts is to make a conscious decision of not watching Porn, and replacing your time of watching Porn by doing something Positive and Productive. For more information on mind control. You can contact me and I will try to help you in whatever way I can. Thanks a lot.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common mental health problem. Symptoms typically include recurring thoughts and repetitive actions in response to the recurring thoughts. A common example is recurring thoughts about germs and dirt, recurrent sexual thoughts, with a need to wash your hands repeatedly to "clean off the germs" or pray to avoid sexual thoughts. However, there are many other examples like counting, checking, orderliness, etc. A person is secondarily depressed or anxious or have both due to primary OCD. The usual treatments are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant medicine, or both. Treatment often works well to reduce the symptoms and distress of OCD greatly. Consult a psychiatrist. All the best.
