I am very aggressive, sometimes I literally use very harsh words on other people, I think I need to change my nature to live a peaceful life with other people, I don't like to interact with unknown people, though I have tried to control my anger but I failed, I am scared that this may lead to some health issues, what should I do to control my anger? Any suggestions (personal life is totally disturbed, full of anxiety)
