Hello, Thanks for the query. Symptoms mentioned can be seen in pre - menopause or when it has has just occurred. Plus you have hypothyroidism, which if not in control can also cause quite a few symptoms. Since there is no mention about the TSH levels, it is difficult to comment. When on treatment for hypothyroidism, TSH should be maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L, then most of the symptoms are in check.
