For weight gain should improve your daily intake, take changes in your diet. Eat high protein and high calories diet like eggs, fish, chicken, sprouts, soy, milk products like curd, paneer, kheer, icrecreams, shakes, eat fruits and vegebles twice a day. Drink 3 -4 liters water in a day.
