If Safi has a syrupy base, then it will contain a good amount of sugar. So better to be careful with it. As regards its benefits I have really no idea. Basically according to modern science human blood is always pure form. If blood gets toxins then that would result in multiple complications and various diseases. This concept of blood purification is typically a traditional medical practice one. So I will not be able to comment on it. According to me our blood can contain any toxins or say "it becomes impure" Thanks.
