Hello mam, I want to reduce weight. I was prescribed by a dietician to eat wheat bran mixed flour chapatis to do so and two times green tea. But these chapatis ate very hard to eat and when I take green tea, my mouth gets bitter. please tell a diet chart for me.

Hello, First and foremost stop stepping your green tea bag in hot water for a longer time,the more you steep the more it will taste bitter. Just steep it for a minute. Secondly,you can use multigrain flour /mixed flour for your rotis and use warm water for kneading.
