I am 22 years with post cesarean and since then gaining weight at regular intervals and even facing Thyroid problem. What should I eat and do to get my weight and thyroid lower down.

Use Warm water for drinking, Take dinner in half quantity of lunch,Walk for 45 minutes in the morning, Do regular exercise, cycling, jogging,running,dancing,rope skipping etc. do yoga ,pranayam daily, Avoid- foods kept in fridge,sleeping immediately after taking food,oily,spicy,fast food,bakery products,excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,overeating.
