I am a 25 years old female. I recently got my health check up done and following were the concerns: Vitamin D: 4.6, Vitamin B12: 155. The problem I have is that of joint pains specially knee joints after workouts at Gym or Running. 1. Are these issues correlated to Vitamin D and B12 deficiency? 2. Are my Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 level a big risk? 3. Should I stop workouts/physical activity? 4. What should I do to cure these deficiencies? Thanks.
