Respected sir/madam sir mere weight abhi 63 kg, height 5.9 inches, age 28+ hain main gym korta hu mera weight ko measurement karke kitna protien per day le sakta hu aur main koyi protein powder lu to kidney main aur koyi dusra problem hoga yeah nehi? Main protein powder lu yeah nehi gym sa bola lene ke lie but main apka proper opinion chahata hu islie main ekbar protein liya thak but us time per mera lithium chal rahata malum nehi kuch din bath creatinine 1.40 ho gaya tha to main protein aur lithium stop kor dia kuch din bat normal jo gaya tha kal main urea, creatinin test kiya tha avi 0.83 creatinine level hain. Protein powder lu yeah nehi aur kitna lu per day? Please help me sir?
