Hi i'm 25 years male. Working in it. I'm so skinny and not able to put on weight. My weight is 49 and height is 162. Please give some suggestion to increase my physic.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. No supplement will work unless you improve your overall intake.

U should check your hormonal level, also check your life style n diet take care of nutrition also you can take ashwagandha in 1 glass of warm milk with 1tsp ghee daily acupressure will help you better than all.
