I am a 21 years old female I have a history of anorexia but since I started eating I found that my blood sugar levels drop after eating. The only thing that seems to calm me down is full fat milk cream. I tried raisins ,honey ,brown sugar but none of these help me only milk cream helps me. I wanted to know how long will it take for it to get back to normal so that I can diet and exercise to loose weight healthily this time. And what food items other than malaai can help me.

As per my understanding, you might be suffering from anxiety too. Feel positive about your health and eat homemade foods. You need to follow a healthy eating schedule like breakfast with 1 hour of your waking up, lunch and dinner on time. In between you can incorporate healthy snacks such as makhana, nuts, seasonal fruit eg apple, banana, roasted channa and peanut mixture and drinks like nimbu pani, chach. Avoid excess intake of tea and coffee. Engage in regular physical activity such as yoga, walk. Keep yourself hydrated also. If you want to have a proper diet chart you can consult me or any other qualified dietician. Take care.
