You should not miss carbohydrates in your diet but have balanced diet.Include oats in breakfast,veges and oat Atta roti in lunch and dinner.Likewise besan chila in breakfast,mix Atta roti of besan and wheat with veges and salads.In lunch and dinner. Dinners can be only veges and salads and soups.Boiled kala chana salad in breakfast or lunch.Sprouts in any meal.Can add wheatbran in wheat to make rotis.Have fruits.
