My father is 55 years old and has diabetes with high bp, the doctor has prescribed tazloc40 and telvas ln for the bp but it's not going low. His current bp is 170/80. Now he is feeling a little ache behind the neck and also a little tired. What treatment should he prefer to use.

Thank you for reaching out. High bp can also lead to headache, so can cervical spondylosis. You would need to get an xray of cervical spine - ap and lateral view done to get an exact diagnosis. Do get back to me after the xray for a detailed evaluation and personalized management.
