My dad is 78 type 2 diabetic since 2002 he was on oral med for many years and from last 6-7 years on insulin currently he takes huminsulin 30/70 20 units in the morning and 10 units in the evening and he also takes dynaglipt m in the morning but his sugar level is not controlled and today after lunch 1.5 hours later it was 240 please suggest if we need to give insulin before lunch as well? Or is there any other good insulin he is also a cld patient since 7 years but stable.
