Dear Lybrateuser, - take some dietary precautions for your problem: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals including snacks for proper digestion, have a light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - mix a tablespoon of isabgol husk in a glass of warm water & have it an hour before bedtime at night - have a diet rich in fibre e foods such as fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, beans, pulses, sprouts, peas & nuts - have 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper digestion - do regular exercise like walking or jogging or yoga for 15-20 min a day as it will help in proper digestion.
