I am having fatty liver along with spleen enlargement. One year I had diagnosed everything which I had to do to figure out. Then I got my ot pt was little high. Then I took ursocol 300 for one month along with evion 400 mg. Then ot pt got normal. But now after like one n half year. I felt swelling in my liver n spleen clearly like touching somewhere inside. Lost appetite. I have bp problem too. I am even in new state in karnataka now. Idk wat to do. Can you pls suggest me pls.

Restrict all junk food--fast food; fried food ; packed food ;grilled food ; preserved food; coloured food; bakery and pastry items ;cakes ;colas;---avoid alcohol and smoking.
